Tarkett Cares mobilized employees in Tuzla, Türkiye

In an era of endless screens and notifications, 10 colleagues from the Tarkett Tuzla production site in Türkiye chose to do something simple yet impactful.
They collected and shipped 175 books to schools in eastern Türkiye, covering everything from world literature to science and history. Reaching pupils aged 7 to 15, across primary, middle and high schools.
What started as a personal initiative by a Business Administration master’s student and Tarkett colleague, naturally grew into a Tarkett Cares project – our community program through which colleagues lead local actions to create positive impact beyond our walls.
Across the globe, our employees contributed to more than 900 community initiatives in the last 9 years through Tarkett Cares.
