Fabrice Barthélemy was appointed as interim Chairman of the Management Board of Tarkett on September 18, 2018, and was confirmed in this position on 14 January, 2019. He has been a member of the Management Board since May 2008.

He began his career as an industrial controller with Safran, joining Valeo in 1995 as Financial Controller of a division in the United Kingdom. From 2000 to 2003, he helped turn around Valeo’s Lighting Division in France, before taking over the global financial management of Valeo’s Electronics & Connective Systems and then of the Valeo’s Wiping Systems.

Fabrice Barthélemy joined Tarkett in 2008 as Chief Financial Officer and also oversaw the Information Systems and Legal departments. He was Chairman of Tarkett’s EMEA-LATAM Division from February 2017 to September 2019. He is a graduate of the French school of management, the École supérieure de commerce de Paris (ESCP) – Europe.

Raphaël Bauer has been the Group’s Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Executive Committee since February 2017.

Formerly the Group’s Financial Controller, Raphael Bauer joined Tarkett in 2010 as financial controller within the EMEA Division, then for the Asia-Pacific and Latin American Regions.

Raphaël Bauer began his career as a management controller at Valeo from 2002 to 2007, then joined Rexam as a financial officer from 2007 to 2010. He is a graduate of the institute of political studies (Sciences Po) in Paris.

Eline Cormont-Girardey has been appointed Group General Counsel in January 2023. She also holds the role of Secretary of Tarkett’s Supervisory Board. Eline joined Tarkett in 2009 as EMEA international in-house counsel, then she evolved to the role of Group compliance officer/senior legal counsel and took in 2016 the position of EMEA-LATAM-ANZ Legal Director. Prior to Tarkett, she worked for PSA PEUGEOT CITROEN as International Legal Counsel. Eline holds a master’s degree in International Business Law from the University of Tours and a master’s degree of Legal Translator from the Institut Supérieur d’Interprétation et de Traduction of Paris.

Winn Everhart has been appointed President & CEO of Tarkett North America in September 2024. He has over 20 years of track record in leading major consumer brands and managing large-scale operations, both in the US and internationally. With extensive experience at The Whirlpool Corporation and The Coca-Cola Company, Winn has driven growth, innovation, and strategic changes across North America, Canada, and global markets.

Winn holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. Winn is a citizen of the United States.

Eddy Schmitt has been appointed President & CEO of Tarkett Sports on May 28th 2024. He successfully led Steelcase’s business in the Americas for the last 13 years. He previously held the roles of General Manager at Steelcase France and Vice President of Marketing and R&D at Steelcase EMEA and APAC. Prior to joining Steelcase in 2003, Eddy worked at the Boston Consulting Group in Paris and New York for ten years. Eddy obtained his Master’s in management from HEC Paris business school. He is a dual citizen of the United States and France.

Hervé Legrand was appointed as Group Chief Information Officer (CIO) in April 2021. He was previously Group CIO of ArcelorMittal for ten years, where he also held the position of Group Chief Information Security Officer. Prior to this, Hervé held various positions in information systems at Pechiney, Alcan, Novelis, supporting the digital transformation of the aluminium industry. He has operated in different parts of the world (Luxembourg, USA, Switzerland and France). Hervé is a graduate of the University of Mulhouse, France.

Arnaud Marquis was Chief Sustainability & Innovation Officer between 2020 and 2024 before being appointed Tarkett Chief Sustainability & Safety Officer in June 2024. He initially joined Tarkett in 2016 as Vice-President of Hardflooring EMEA. Over the previous 20 years, he held a number of international management positions in sales, marketing and operations with the Ahlstrom Group, a major player in natural and synthetic fiber products. He is a graduate of Grenoble engineering school (INPG) – Pagora and holds an Executive MBA from EM Lyon Business School.

Slavoljub Martinovic is President of EMEA & Latin America since July 2023. Slavoljub Martinovic has been President of Tarkett Eastern Europe & Asia from 2013-2023. Previously, he worked for Sintelon from 1996, until its acquisition by the Group in 2002. He holds a degree from the Novi Sad Technological Faculty.

Stanislav Mitrović has been President of the Tarkett Eastern Europe & APAC Division since July 2023. Stanislav began his career in Finance at Sintelon in 2000. He has been Chief Financial Officer of the Tarkett Eastern Europe & APAC Division from 2012-2023. Stanislav holds a Ph.D in Economics, Finance and Financial Management from University of Novi Sad in Serbia.
